In December 2014, Paul Nurse took part in a Nobel Prize Inspiration Initiative event in China. He visited Beijing and Tianjin, meeting with researchers from across the region.

This will be my first Nobel Prize Inspiration Initiative event and I am looking forward to the discussions. I sincerely hope that my visit to China inspires the young researchers I will meet – but I have no doubt that I will be inspired by them
